Hope you had a wonderful weekend, Bulldogs!
Hello Bulldogs & Families!
We had a great week last week! Our NJHS student leaders facilitated an engaging learning activity for all students during seminar focused on Communication. We are so proud of how wonderfully our student leaders performed! In two weeks, students will come together again to complete their Q3 writing prompt on good Communication where they will use real-life examples they observed around school.
MTSS/PBIS
This year, our school’s focus on Bulldogs RISE Up! (our MTSS/PBIS plan) has been full-steam-ahead, and I’m so proud to report that our students have truly been living up to our schoolwide behavior expectations. For more information about our MTSS/PBIS plan, please visit the Bulldog Bulletin Board’s page HERE.
Springtime is when we normally see students start to step outside of behavior expectations, so please remind our scholars to rely on the blue and purple posters around school for reminders of appropriate behaviors in the different areas of our wonderful school!
Sadly, this weekend we lost a treasured member of the Spangdahlem High School staff, Ms. Saskia Siler, after her courageous battle with cancer. Saskia was more than a colleague, she was family. She loved and cared for each of us, as well as our students, with all her heart, and she will be deeply missed.
Our Student Services team will be available for both staff and students this week for anyone who would like to speak with a counselor or our school psychologist during their grieving process.
This week we have...
February Bulldogs of the Month have been chosen by our grade level teams and once student pictures are taken—we will post and  announce asap!
As always, thank you for your partnership in ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our students!
Ms. Stefanie Adams
