Bulldog Byte March 11-15, 2024 Weekly School Newsletter

Hello Bulldog Nation,
We are definitely making our way towards spring - the weather is beautiful and the sun is out! Spring Break is just around the corner; we only have 2 more weeks before the end of quarter three. Please be sure to stay on top of your work, talk to your teachers, and study hard so we can close quarter 3 on a great note!
This week we came together as a school to discuss maintaining good behaviors in school. To support this, we adjusted our lunch sessions to alleviate the behaviors we were seeing: separating 6th grade and the 7th/8th grade lunches. Students were informed of the new lunch times and locations for recess. Since our conversation on Wednesday - I am proud to say that we have seen much better lunchtime/recess behaviors from all grade levels! Thank you for meeting and exceeding our school's student behavior expectations - I knew you could rise to the challenge!
Also shared with students was a behaviors expectations chart that outlined what we expect from our amazing Bulldog Pups while in different areas of the school. These posters will be hung in neighborhood commons areas for students to reference, and classroom-specific expectations posters will soon follow. These documents are available for you in the pages attached.
